Our Team
The People Who Run Charitable Community Foundation
A small, named staff — each accountable for a specific part of how the Foundation runs.
Board of Directors
A volunteer Board provides independent oversight of strategy, finance, and fiduciary responsibility, and holds the Foundation accountable to the community it serves.
Advisory Network
A rotating bench of nonprofit executives and sector strategists informs our programs, publications, and recognition initiatives.
Financial Stewardship
Annual financial review and public reporting, consistent with Florida charitable-organization standards.
Board composition is reviewed regularly as the Foundation grows.

A note on how we work: Charitable Community Foundation is intentionally built with a small human team and a disciplined layer of named AI systems handling research, drafting, analysis, and coordination across the functions below. This lets a 53-year-old institution move with the speed and reach of a national organization. Every decision, relationship, and dollar is still set and overseen by the named leaders above — no AI system holds a title, signs an agreement, or represents the Foundation publicly on its own.

We operate as a lean, AI‑enabled institution by design, not by necessity. Here is the operating model behind our leadership team.
